Terms of Use
Effective 6 October 2026.
These terms apply when you use remotejobsbynitin.com or buy a service from Nitin Muchhadiya ("I", "me") under the name Remote Jobs by Nitin. By using the site or paying for a service you agree to them.
What the services are
The services on this site are career consulting: resume and cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimisation, interview preparation and salary negotiation guidance for remote tech roles. They are advice and written work based on my own experience. I am not a recruitment agency and I don't place candidates with employers.
No job guarantee
Hiring decisions are made by employers. I can't and don't guarantee interviews, offers, a specific salary or any other outcome. Any results mentioned on this site are my own and are not a promise of yours.
Booking and payment
- Prices are listed on the home page, in Indian rupees for visitors in India and in US dollars everywhere else. You pay in the currency shown when you book.
- We agree on scope and timeline in writing (email or WhatsApp) before you pay.
- Payment is made in full, in advance, through the payment link I send you.
- Work begins once payment is confirmed.
- Discount offers, including the combo offer, apply only as described on the site and can't be combined with other offers.
Your part
You agree to share accurate information about your experience and to review drafts within a reasonable time. You are responsible for everything you submit to employers. Please don't ask me to invent experience, qualifications or employers; I won't do it.
Revisions
Written services include one round of revisions requested within 14 days of delivery. Further changes or a change in target role may be quoted separately.
Rescheduling and refunds
- Calls can be rescheduled once for free with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Once paid, a service is non-refundable and can't be transferred to another person. You can only reschedule the call.

Ownership of the work
Once paid for, the resume, cover letter and profile text written for you are yours to use and edit. The question banks, templates and frameworks I use remain mine and are shared for your personal use only.
Confidentiality
I keep your documents and personal details confidential and handle them as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost job opportunities or income.
Using this website
The text, photos and design of this site belong to me. Don't copy or republish them without permission. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and I'm not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies to new orders.
